The GA Pearls is a program designed by LADYS, Inc. a 501 C 3 not-for- profit organization.  Donations and sponsorships can be accepted for a tax-deduction. However, players fees and apparel are not deductible. Only donations and sponsorship for the team and/or organization. Please call: 770-369-7779 or email info@gapearls.com for more information.

Donations and sponsorships

The Donation Drive is a continuous fundraiser that allows for players to solicit donations from family and friends via the internet.


Each player will receive their own website detailing the fundraiser. In addition, players will have to input family and friends' email addresses into their website that will produce an email that will be sent out to each person.  Family and friends are able to donate via the web.


Each player is automatically enrolled when they register for the GA Pearls. An email will be sent to each player requesting them to activate their account and set up their website.  Then players will input email addresses and the system will start sending out emails requesting donations.  There will be two phases of this fundraiser for the year.

***20% of all donations are kept by OURFUND as a service fee.****

Players should download the Krispy Kreme Order Form. Orders are to be recorded on the Order form. Players can make as many copies of the Order form to have family and friend assist with the fundraiser. However, each player is to ONLY submit the total number of certificates that are needed. In addition, only ONE CHECK OR MONEY PER PLAYER. Players may collect  from supporters, however they are to ONLY submit orders with a money order or Check from a GA PEARLS parent. DO NOT SUBMIT MULTIPLE CHECKS.

Players have the opportunity to sell certificates for a dozen of donuts. Players receive a rebate on each certificates sold.

In addition, only ONE CHECK OR MONEY PER PLAYER. Players may collect  from supporters, however they are to ONLY submit orders with a money order or Check from a GA PEARLS parent. DO NOT SUBMIT MULTIPLE CHECKS.

Players have the opportunity to sell official Coca Cola product at a discount.  Players receive a rebate on each case of product sold.

OurFund Donation Drive

Participating in club basketball takes a great financial commitment. The GA Pearls strategically coordinate fundraisers to assist parents with that commitment. Since our inception in 2002, there have been several players to pay off their fees and/or travel fees by actively participating in one or all of the fundraisers. All funds raised will go directly to the player's accounts based on the rebates from each fundraiser. 


​Each player is required to fundraise a total of $150 that will go towards the team's gym rental expense. Each fundraiser generates a rebate that will go towards this expense. All monies raised will be credited towards player's accounts and any excess can be used to cover the player's total fees and player's travel expenses.  All fundraised monies must be used by May 31st or it transfers to the organization's general account. No monies is given directly to players.  All monies raised must be used for the players participation in the GA Pearls Girls Basketball program.
